Sian Nash
Founder & CEO
I am a DIR® Consultant and hold a BSc in Psychology. I have 28 years of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other related conditions across a wide range of educational and care settings. My work has focused on supporting individuals with behaviour that challenge.
I have trained in ABA, TEACCH, PECS and Verbal Behaviour; however, I chose to specialise in the DIR®/Floortime model to deepen my understanding of developmental and relationship-based approaches. In December 2010, I became the first person in the UK to gain official DIR® certification.
I hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care and I am a certified Positive Behaviour Management (PBM ABMU) Train-the-Trainer. I am passionate about ensuring that individuals with Autism and behaviours that challenge receive the highest standard of care and support, and I continue to advocate for best practice in autism and developmental approaches.

Amanda Evans
Founder & CEO
I am deeply passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with autism. Having experienced firsthand the challenges families face in accessing meaningful, specialised support—my adult son has severe autism and profound learning difficulties—I was driven to establish Autism Life Centres (ALC) alongside like-minded colleagues.
My vision has always been to create a service that not only meets but exceeds the needs of individuals with autism, offering them a safe, respectful and nurturing environment where they can develop, flourish and live fulfilled lives.
I have spent many years supporting individuals with additional needs. I provided counselling for both students and staff, specialising in supporting individuals with Autism. I hold a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Social Care.
This personal and professional journey has given me practical experience, deep insight into autism and a strong commitment to ensuring that ALC provides high-quality, compassionate care and lifelong support for individuals with autism and their families.
