At Autism Life Centres, we aim to provide a comprehensive individualised programme of activities for adults with autistic spectrum conditions and related difficulties to achieve healthy social and emotional growth as well as expand their life skills and increase their independence.

By using the Developmental, Individual-difference & Relationship (DIR) model as their foundation, our bespoke programmes are tailored to the person’s unique challenges and strengths and strive to help them reach their fullest potential within their community.

Central to the DIR approach is the role of the person’s natural emotions and interests which are vital for meaningful learning and interactions. At Autism Life Centres, our staff are trained to build on this motivation to enable the developmental progress that is essential to our service users’ functional skill acquisition and general well-being.

Autism Life Centres would like to say a very big THANK YOU to everyone who has helped to make this happen.

Our programmes are designed to provide support in a homely environment - where each individual feels safe, comfortable and empowered to experience and enjoy a wide range of activities – and in their local community, where all feel valued and socially included.
