We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Key Worker to join our team.
Requirements:
✅ Aged 21 or over
✅ Full UK driving licence
✅ Minimum 2 years' driving experience
✅ Experience supporting individuals with challenging behaviours
✅ Passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives
✅ Able to work full-time until 5:30 pm
What you'll do:
• Provide person-centred support
• Help individuals access their community and achieve their goals
• Promote independence and wellbeing
• Work as part of a supportive and professional team
