    Nurturing Growth

ALC is proud of the work we do. We see progress that others may miss. We celebrate every breakthrough, no matter how small. And we do it because we care, we’re skilled, and because every young person deserves a chance to succeed.

    Building Relationships

Our strength lies in our person-centred, trauma-informed approach. We build trust over time, adjust our strategies to suit each individual, and prepare thoroughly to meet them where they are. We understand that behaviour is communication, and we take the time to listen.

The ALC Approach

Learn more

At ALC, our support is deeply rooted in a person-centred approach that honours each individual’s preferences, rights, and developmental needs. We avoid one-size-fits-all programmes and instead customise our assistance to promote independence, emotional health, and active engagement in everyday life.

Our mission is to support the development and well-being of autistic individuals by placing individual differences and meaningful relationships at the forefront of our approach. We are committed to delivering person-centred support that respects each individual's unique strengths, challenges, and communication styles. By fostering trust, emotional connection, and community inclusion, we aim to create environments where individuals with autism can build confidence, form lasting relationships, and reach their full potential.

No Limits

No Limits provides out-of-school social skills sessions for children and young people. All staff are trained in the DIR®/Floortime approach and Positive Behaviour Support.

Our focus is on helping individuals to regulate, engage, communicate and problem-solve, while building meaningful and trusting relationships with both staff and peers. The sessions offer a supportive environment where children can develop confidence, social understanding and emotional resilience through natural interaction and play.
